Character Design Notes: Captain Crelo Kobold was a weird bulldog-like character. I don't remember where I had originally heard about kobolds, but he and Bartholomew are what I imagined they'd look like. He wears blue and red armor and carries a harpoon-like weapon.

He was originally part of Desiree's pirate gang in the preliminary episodes, but I didn't feel he fit that group's chemistry so he was removed when the main series got started.

This POG depicts a different version of Captain Crelo Kobold. I had contemplated changing the appearance of his ears at one point. Seems I eventually went back to the smaller ears.
